Step 01 · Back-to-School Event

Pick your lane

Basketball & camp registration is closed. We may take walk-up teams on event day if registered teams no-show. We are still looking for dance groups — the Dance Competition is open. Community partner tables are still open.

Marquee Event

4 Divisions · $1,000 per winning team

5-on-5 Tournament

Bracket-style team tournament across Girls, Boys, Women's & Men's divisions. $1,000 in cash or gift packs per winning team. Tip-off 4PM — registration closes 4:30PM sharp.

Walk-up teams may be accepted on event day if registered teams do not show.

Dance Competition

Bring your crew and take the court. Majorettes, steppers, hip-hop, drill teams — all styles, all ages. Judged live in front of the whole park. Winning crew takes home $1,000 cash.

Registration opens at 12PM. Camp starts at 1PM. Girls & boys camps run by coaches.

Main stage. Dance groups take the stage at the same time as camp, then break for the opening ceremony.

600+ backpacks donated by Chase filled with school supplies. FREE food from 3 food trucks.

Welcome Ceremony

Official kick-off to the annual Windy City Hoopfest — camp, stage, games and contests all pause for opening.

Stage Resumes

Dance Competition picks back up on the main stage after opening.

Ladies open the day on the main court.
